Who do you help?

I help busy adults—especially women over 40—who are dealing with Type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, insulin resistance, or weight gain.
Most of my clients are professionals juggling work, family, and stress. If you want a simple plan and support to stick with it, you’re in the right place.

Do you accept insurance?

No, I do not accept insurance.
My services are coaching-based and focus on education, lifestyle, and support.
Many clients use HSA or FSA funds if eligible—check with your provider.

How is the membership different from 1:1 coaching?

The Blood Sugar Reset Membership gives you affordable group support, weekly coaching, meal ideas, challenges, community, and accountability.
