Vegetable Platter with Yogurt-Based Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped (or ½ tsp dried dill)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh vegetables for dipping: carrots, celery, cucumber, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and dill until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange the fresh vegetables on a platter and serve with the yogurt dip.
