Sautéed Asparagus & Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and chopped
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, asparagus, and mushrooms.
  3. Sauté for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
