Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup butter or coconut oil, softened
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, pecans, erythritol, and salt in a bowl.
- Add softened butter and vanilla extract; mix until dough forms.
- Shape into balls and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool and dust with additional powdered erythritol.
