As you dive into the enriching experience that is the “Empowered Wellness: Thriving after Fifty” course, there are two foundational steps we highly recommend you take to get the most out of this program.

1. Get Yourself a Wellness Journal

Why a Journal?
A journal serves as a tangible record of your journey, your struggles, your victories, and everything in between. It becomes a private space where you can be brutally honest, self-reflect, and even vent when you need to. Writing down your thoughts can offer tremendous insights into your mental and emotional states, which are vital aspects of overall wellness.

What to Write?
Anything and everything! From what you ate, how it made you feel, to what exercises you did or any small victories or challenges for the day. You can even jot down quotes, motivations, or new things you learn from this course.

How to Start?
If you’re new to journaling, don’t worry. It doesn’t have to be complicated. A simple notebook will do. If you’re more digitally inclined, there are plenty of wellness journal apps available.

2. Join the Forum

Why Join the Forum?
Our Forum (Look for the name of the course or the subject, i.e nutrition) is the community hub of our course. This is where you’ll get to meet other incredible women who, like you, are committed to improving their health and well-being. The forum offers support, advice, and motivation to keep you on track.

What to Expect?
Engaging discussions, weekly challenges, expert Q&A sessions, and tons of resource sharing. We’ll discuss everything from managing chronic conditions, best practices, inspirational stories, and even share some healthy recipes!

How to Join?
Just click on Forums. Once you’re there look for the name of the course, take a few moments to introduce yourself. Trust us, the community you’ll find is nothing short of amazing.
