Add steps
Start by adding 300 steps from your Baseline This is all a part of our “small steps” approach to improving your health.
Remember we took the four days you just log your steps, added the four days and then divided by four. This is your baseline and now you want to add 300 more steps per day.
Every time you reach your goal, we add 300 steps to your goal for the next day.

Today’s Challenge:
- Add 300 steps to your baseline and log your steps
- Make one of your meals healthier by making it less dense and adding vegetables and make sure to add lean protein. Log your meals.
- Log in your water intake- (take your weight in lbs and divide by 2 that is how many oz you need to drink per day)
- Reduce stress. Practice relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or yoga to lower cortisol levels.
- Write your feeling in your journal
