- 2 tsp rosemary, chopped
- 2 tsp thyme, chopped
- 2 tsp sage, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, rosemary, thyme, sage, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the herb rub.
- Rub the herb mixture over the turkey evenly.
- Roast the turkey in the oven, following the time based on weight (approximately 15-20 minutes per pound), until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before carving.
