Garlic Butter Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 tbsp butter (or olive oil)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts and carrots with melted butter and garlic.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
