Ingredients:
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 tbsp butter (or olive oil)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts and carrots with melted butter and garlic.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
