Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Steam or boil the cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well.
- In a food processor, blend the cauliflower, garlic, Greek yogurt, and olive oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh chives if desired.
